OK so yesterday was not a pretty day - at least as far as the scale goes. UGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
I've been putting it off long enough! So.... as all of you as my witness(so I don't change my mind in a week), I'm going to start WoW. Thanks Jessica for the idea/inspiration. I've also got a copy of Walk Away the Pounds-Complete In-Home Walking System on hold at the library.
I actually had a good check-up yesterday. Everything is normal Thank the Good Lord!
My WoW plans for Week One:
1. Cut out as much sugar and white processed foods as possible.
2. Start Walk Away the Pounds workout.
3. Read and plan meals from Saving Dinner the Low-Carb Way: Healthy Menus, Recipes, and the Shopping Lists That Will Keep the Whole Family at the Dinner Table.
4. Read Walk Away the Pounds: The Breakthrough 6-Week Program That Helps You Burn Fat, Tone Muscle, and Feel Great Without Dieting

I also have that cookbook, and should pull it back out. Good idea! It does have some pretty yummy recipes in it. I really liked her Faux Mashed Potatoes (made with Cauliflower -- YUM!) and her Roasted Chicken and Peppers is GREAT!!
