I had a busy week and weekend but was able to hang in there and make smart eating choices. I even exercised a little and was able to keep going and going and going :)

Overall Results: -9 pounds and -9 3/4 inches

Continue to Walk Away the Pounds with the one mile walk. The House Cat did the two mile last night. Man is it FAST. I'll have to stick to the one mile for a while!!!! Way to go House Cat, I'm SOOOOOO proud of you!
